Hello, everyone! Is there anyone familiar with the Ontario business registration process? I want to start an electrical supply store here, and I'd like to learn more about the legal requirements. Is there a cost associated with it? How long will the treatments take to complete? Is there anyone who knows of any such organisations? The local municipal offices should be able to give you advice, both in registering a business name and obtaining a GST/PST No.
Also depends on whether you intend to incorporate, which either involves a lawyer or you can do it yourself with research.
