How to program this RS485 relay board using CH340

I have this 5 Channel relay module which seems to have the RS485 serial IC. And it came with a CH340 USB programmer. But I am not really sure how to program this thing using my computer or even the arduino ide. I have tried all sorts of things I could find in google but none of the things and software seems to work. Need some help here guys.

You need to know the required method for data communication for e.g. a couple of popular methods used for some time now is Modbus or even Canbus.
Both over a serial data line.
Doesn't the supplier of the board have any info for it?

@Minder I bought the module from aliexpress couple of years ago. So, I really forget from which supplier I bought it and also from which account. How to learn Modbus and Canbus for this?

First you need to find out somehow just what is needed.
There is many forums and tutorials on Modbus out there if needed.
Is the board still being marketed?

@Minder No, I tried to find the same type of relay module but I could not find the exact model anywhere else.
