How to make easily powerful RF generator?

I need device that would constantly produce radiowaves and would be easy to build. Any idea how to make phone or router constanly transmit RF waves but without calling to some number and using SIM card. Maybe apps can enable that? Any radiowave frequency should fit, better closer to microwave range and with lots of power.

What frequency precisely? What is the purpose? You have to know a few more details before making a request for 'RF waves'.

As I wrote before any radiowave will make fine but better closer to more powerful microwave spectrum. If you need examples 1900Mhz or 2.4Ghz. Don't need to specify purpose since I explained that signal should be constant, want to cause some radio intereference, GSM buzz if that helps. Any other house device can produce powerful radiowaves besides phone?

There are very serious consequences for using 'jammers' - your own authorities will come down heavily on you if you do this deliberately.
