Quite easy really, get an ac power cord, strip the wires bare, plug it
in the outlet, then sit in a comfy chair naked and attach the leads to
ur scrotum. Let us know how it works out...

I'd use 5,000 D cells in series (make sure they are fresh alkalines). Then,
use copper foil wrist bands and ankle bands with conductive gel. Last but
not least, use a potty chair!

Just use the largest high voltage capacitor you can find. As someone else
has suggested a little personal experimation might be in order.
