Hello,

That is the problem with products bought at Aliexpress.
Is there ANY documention with the camera delivered?
The seller likely does not even know what he is selling.
He just wants to make profit.

The IP address is probably dynamically assigned by your router. In any case, log into your router and display the connected devices. Sometimes the name displayed for each connected IP address will be helpful to determine the actual applicable device. If that doesn't work, generally the cameras have their mac address printed on the camera somewhere. The aforementioned router display will usually tell you the mac address for each IP device connected. Another method is to turn of the camera and see which address disappears from the router display or perhaps changes state to inactive.

If you don't have access to your router there are free IP address scanners that run on your PC that will display all the addresses on your network similar to a router display. . Ipscan is one I have used in the past.

THis is the situation once the camera has been registered to the local network, However, at first startup the camera typically starts up with an IP address of their own which you have to connect to to enter the credentials of your own network. At least wireless units work that way as far as I know.
