How do you connect a comper screen up to a usb cable or a 15 pin d-sub?

i am wanting the screen which i have taken out of a Toshiba laptop be able to be put on a usb cable 15 pin d-sub if i have to use a higher pin d-sub pls say wat pin cable and please say if i can convert it into a 15pin or usb cable

this is a home project i want to do through summer idc how long it takes as long as i can complete it successfully. the whole idea of this was to pull apart and laptop which was stuff and take the screen to make as a hand held screen easy to move and eatch movies also i cane put dis up on my book shelf lie under it and watch is with out getting a saw neck and back. The screen will be used as a hand held screen (good for movies)


i also was going to connect to my laptop to make this work i forgot to add this in and ive seen things like this b4 where it was connected straight to the computer as a 2nd screen
