how do i assemble drill black and decker KFBCD701?

You have a Black and Decker KFBCD701 and Bertus then gives you a service blow up with that models info.
Then I Iook that up and then in using your later info of " how do i assemble chuck with motor".
Then you open the CHUCK wide so that you are able to remove central captive screw item # 5 , and then, it will be a simple case of holding the drills motor ROTOR such that it cannot turn, and then you just twist /un thread the chuck from the rotor shaft end to remove the chuck or spin it on, to install a chuck, then re install screw item # 5. . Its that simple .
But with your saying " how do i assemble chuck with motor" I can now only suspicion that you are not using the required B&D chuck and instead are trying to use a different one, that does not mate / match with the proper threading pitch of the B&D rotor ends threading .
