How can I convert my old cell phone into this?

Basically, I want a device that will:

1- Wake me up in the morning, preferable 10 mins or so after sunrise
(there are UV sensors in cell phones, right?)
2- Communicate with other wireless devices (my remote control in the
livingroom to turn on the TV etc..)
3- Convert into a "transformer-like" object such that it can move
around my house and answer the door etc..

Any help on getting started would be appreciated, Thx!!
