Home brew single axis tracker link

Awhile back, someone posted a link that showed how he had built his
own single axis tracker, similar to the following pictures. I think
he said he built his version for about $500.:

Most do it for considerably less.

No, no. I was just referring to your pics to better explain the style
of mount I was talking about. IIRC, his site had scans of hand-drawn
schematics of his mount, so anyone could build. You don't really have
anything like that on your site (full construction drawings.)

I've done a million google searches, and I still can't find the site,
or his message. I thought I had saved the original message, but I
can't seem to find it.

Are you familiar with satellite dish trackers? There are many projects
built around their (well developed) hardware. With the advent of
pizza-plate dishes many people have abandoned ten foot dishes to give away.

I'd consider it, if there are any web sites with good construction
details. I like the singe axis design, as it looked really easy (and
economical) to build.
