help with unknow smd part

Hi all !

i'm on a ACL phillips tv with no picture but sound . and im on the T-con board
ive rooted the main power input come 12V from wire , one side of this componment i get 12V . other side get only 1,2Volt , . seems only 1.2V volt pass trought this piece .
it look like a fuse . the only value i get is 22M ohms

the bottom side look also have a crack from 1 to other pole ..

any help will be very appreciated !

Just Replaced with 0ohms smd jumper ,seems this T-CON board have 2 type of fuses in serie

The tv is Fully operationnal now thanks you for your response coca-cola
hope that will help some people who's not necessary want ''buy new' board' when it possible to fix it for free
