Help with TTL jpeg camera

Hello everyone, i've bought a new LS Y201 jpeg camera and now i need to take pictures using that. I tried with my arduino uno and i tried with USB -UART cable none of these are working. In X-CTU software when i try to open the COM port an error message occuring saying unable to open COM port. And in the LS Y201 evaluation software also i tried it but still the same error message. i have been struggling with this for more than a week. Please if anyone couldhelp me with this it would be a great help. THanks

Have you tried Googling for "LS Y201 jpeg camera arduino"?

When I did that I got heaps of information.

I suspect the fact that the output is TTL rather than RS232 may frustrate your attempts to connect it to an RS232 device.
