How to realize a XOR gate, using diodes and Bipolar Transistors

When you say realize do you mean create?

This is good ,but the problem is that the output voltage has to be min 4.9V ,in this case it is 4.5

Use the XNOR and add a transistor inverter for restoring the High voltage.
