help with Phillips mini hifi

Have Phillips FW-R7 cdr mini hifi. When I press the open button for the 3
disc cd or the CDR the display says "LOCKED". Anybody know how to unlock it?

Dang, Tom, you always get the weird ones?

Some types you can just hold down some button or other for several seconds
to unlock.

Sometimes there is a transport lock on the bottom of these units. Check
under for some red or other coloured tabs that need to be turned to release
the mech.

Maybe there is something in usermanual

If not in the manual, childlock or something like that the cd-tray must be
mechanical locked due to a hardware error.

Thanks for the link to the owner's manual! Unfortunately, no help. I looked
for all the obvious transport locks. The 3 disc tray can be pulled out
manually. Haven't opened it up to see if the cdrw tray is jammed. I really
thought it would be a software "lock". I guess I'll have to get my hands
dirty. Thanks to all for the tips.
