Help with load cell readout

Hello, I have a Sensor meter ,model # DS3A-NA24MV (chinese) I purchased it from ebay. It states that it will read a load cell
it comes with an instruction sheet that is in english, but is very hard to understand. I have it connected but cant figure out how to calibrate it. Any Suggestions?

I can post a link to a pdf of the manual that comes with it if that would help.
