help with fault code on Lynx-R security system

I often get fault codes for zone 13 and fire zone 16 yet my zones (all wireless) only go up to 12 and my system is not hooked up to any fire alarms. I do not have a motion sensor. I can usually clear the fault by hitting the system button. Sometimes, after I set the alarm, it will beep (one short beep) at intervals of 3 minutes or so. Any suggestions.
