Help with EV car charger

Hi,

Could someone give me some guidance please? Apologies if this is the wrong forum.

I have an electric car and often use the 240V main charger to charge. I want to be able to use this at my caravan but because of the amount of power it draws on a constant basis alongside appliances like the fridge it often leads to the circuit tripping. Is there any way I could limit the amount of power the charger draws?

Not (at least not in a safe way) if the charger doesn't offer such an option.
Detach the fridge while charging?
