Q1 .... are there any others on the board that look like they have similar markings ?
Q2 .... have you searched for service info ... schematic etc ?

Might help if we could see more of the board. Best I can make out is the chip is marked RT??3AH. The second question mark might be a 5, first question mark looks blown off the chip. Without anything else to help, I'd guess it's a voltage regulator.

I tried searching the internet, but I could not find information about the board or the IC.
On the back have these references: ILIPI 021 V.A and 492A00191200H (I think it's also used in HP 2311X (the same or similar))
Attach two new photos where you can see the remaining components.

I've narrowed down my guess to RT8253A. I could be wrong, look at the datasheet example circuit and compare to what you have there.

Hello , can you help me , i have a same board , but for to fix , i must identified U102 , Q1 , maybe mosfet and value for R104, C105 and Q1 , can you if a controller for panel LM230WF8 are a same for LM230WF5 , regards
