Help: sears (goldstar) vcr power suppy

The vcr in question is a Sears Model 30513, Chassis 501-41650 with
504-398G written of the power supply itself.
Missing are the following:
12V(D)
12V(A)
6VA
Any suggestions for likely culprits would be greatly appreciated.

Have you done any preliminary testing of components such as rectifier
diodes, zeners, resistors, electrolytics, transistors and regulator
chips..... much can be done with a DMM and some tracing of circuitry.
