We had a short power outage and now the monitor will not come back on properly. It powers up and has audio, but no picture. It does have a blue screen that displays that it is a quad four and the model number. It is also making a very annoying constant beeping sound. I've tried everything I could possibly think of along with all the suggestions in the manual for the lapse time vcr. The power has went out before, but we've always managed to get it to come back on normally. Any ideas or suggestion are greatly welcome and appreciated.
