HELP ON speed and frequency range of TTL ICS

What is the highest kind of TTL ices , and frequency range of them ?(

How fast do you need? They will all work to 25 MHz and many a lot higher.

Some have good propogation delays but slow rise/fall times and vice
versa.

At a quick around the net, FASTr is the best among TTL. I'd say that
AC is a good compromise. ECL is also excellent. New and growing
technology like this may be hard to find though.
