Help needed to identify a component

I have a Samsung TV with the usual power board problems and I'm having trouble identifying and thus sourcing this component: SFF1005G. After some research I think it's a Taiwan semiconductor, 10A, 50V - 600V Isolated Glass Passivated Super Fast Rectifiers. Could anyone help in it's identity and any equivalents please. Thanks.
