HELP ME WITH A C&K SYSTEM 238

I BUY A HOUSE, THERE IS A COMPLETE ALARM SYSTEM FROM C&k MODEL SYSTEM
238, THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PANEL IS LOCKED AND I DON'T KNOW THE
INSTALLER CODE. I ASKED TO THE COMPANY (ADT CHILE) IF THEY HAVE THE
INSTALLER CODE BUT THEY TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T INSTALL THE ALARM
SYSTEM. SO, ALSO I ASKED TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE HOUSE ABOUT THE
INSTALLER CODE TO UNLOCK THE PANEL BUT HE DIDN'T KNOW.

I KNOW A LITTLE OF ELECTRONIC, I HAVE THE ISTALLATION AND PROGRAMING
MANUALS BUT THERE IS NO INFOIRMATIO ABOUT HOW TO UNLOK THE PANEL. I MEAN
, THE PANNEL IS LOCKED BUT NOT IN KILL MODE.

WELL I HAVE THE MONITOR AND COMMANDER SOFTWARE TO ACCESS REMOTELY TO THE
SYSTEM BUT I NEED TO KNOW HOW CAN I UNLOCK THE PANNEL AND GIVE IT A NEW
INSTALLER CODE OR RESET ALL VALUES TO DEFAULTS.

PLEASE EXCUSE MY ENGLISH, I'M CHILEAN , PLEASE HELPME , ANY COMMENT OR
SUGGESTION IS WELLCOME.

Your English is far better than many of the native English speakers who post
here. Jim Rojas has hundreds of C&K 238's installed and should be able to
help you. He reads these post and will probably respond directly with you.

However, I just wanted to mention to you, that it is considered rude to post
in all capital letters. It is taken to mean that you are shouting... which
I am sure is not the case.
