Help identifying manufacturer of a PCB

Does anyone have an idea who manufactured this circuit board? I cannot find any information online regarding it. Age, function, maker, etc?
I have included pictures.

It’s clearly February 2019. Has fuses for absolutely everything. And made in the good ole USA.
Internal? External? I have no idea what it does.
Somebody on the forum definitely will know though. Wait for their reply.
