Help identifying an SMD IC on Sony laptop Model PCG-8131M (VGN-AW11M)

Hello,

I have here a burned chip on Sony laptop motherboard Model PCG-8131M ( VGN-AW11M)
with marking "AE" on it. Please can anybody tell me what it is and what is the
actual chip number. This chip I believe controls LCD screens backlight because the screen just flickers couple of times and goes dark.
If you have at home one of these please let me know :)

It has 5 pins and looks like this (actually there are three of them)

Thanks

I can see several alternatives for AE, however those components do not look like they are marked by simply AE. Is it AE2 ? The underscores are significant, but I just can't make out the letter or number to the right of the AE.

AE on its own could be: 74HC1G08GW, HD74ALVC1G07VS, PI74ST1G79CX, PI74ST1G79TX, RN5RT24AA, or SiP823REU

AE- could be: RT9193-31PU5

AE_ could be: SN74AHC1G08DCK, or SN74AHC1G08DRL

AEn, where n is a digit corresponds to one of a series of voltage detector chips XC6115C53mMR, where m = n+1. n could also be a letter with or without an underscore indicating a different series of voltage detector chips.

Sorry I can't help you much, but the AE prefix is not at all uncommon it seems.
