I was looking at the small electronic circuit. I found one part I can not identify it. Should be some kind of programmable microprocessor. I can not see the numbers and the letters correctly. But what I read is:

Sometimes it is easier to identify a component, or at least determine an equivalent component, by looking at its placement in the circuit, and if the circuit still works, measuring what it is doing.

In some cases that could mean if connected to an IC, you look up the datasheet for it and look at the example circuit in the datasheet.
