Help _ Power Laptop without charger

I have a Laptop bought for spare. Is there anyway i can power it of another laptop battery just to see if it turns on and screen is working etc.

Its 19V 7.1A and chargers are expensive and it may not work after all that. Is there any way to ghetto rig it to power up?
