Hello i need assistance on where to start. I just bought a used ijoy-320 massage chair.

The semi auto programs kneading percussion and compression arnt working the rolling up and down does. However when those options are selected u can hear the motor moving and a very faint attempt to do as selected but still not doing as it should . Plz help . Where do i start looking to find the problem
