hello fellow geeks!

Welcome and glad to have you here.

As for "reply plz!" is not necessary as for someone such as myself would have replied to the initial post. As with most online forums the members pop in and out of the forum and are not here to answer within 6 minutes of the initial post as I see that you may have expected a response right away as a chatroom may have. All our time here is voluntary and so some days you may get a quick response and other days you may not get that fast of a response, but please be patient vs what looks like demanding for a response as the 2nd post appears =)

As for myself I am only able to put in 30 minutes to 2 hours a day here to assist others, and others here are probably in the same allocation of voluntary time bracket. Depending on our IRL commitments you may have to wait a short while or maybe a day at best for a response, but someone will generally reply to thie welcome section quickly. In another section if you post for assistance and it remains at 0 for days, it may be because the question is one that those who have checked the forum are not at will to answer properly, and so they are leaving it to someone of better knowledge in that area to answer or its unable to be answered by the group of active forum members here.

I just joined up here a few weeks ago and I like it here. I also am active in www.computerhope.com where I assist on a voluntary basis and have been for many years. Generally forums are scanned by eye for 0's and those take higher priority to being answered as for a forum post with 1, 2 or 3 responses are generally already answered and its a matter of looking it over and making sure that the answer is correct, or adding clarification, or additional info to assist the person who is in need of info to a problem or project. I have also moderated forums, although hopefully I am not stepping on toes here because I am not a moderator here.

But anyways this is not about me as the last paragraph kind of sounded, I am interested in some info about you... your background, your education, and or interests in electronics if you chose to share with us all?
