Harmon Kardon HK 395 PC Speakers

I have a set of the HK 395 PC speakers with a subwoofer as shown :
I do not know how to install them. I tried to do so on my new asus pc but it doesn't work. They worked fine on my old Dell pc. Any suggestions????

it might help us help you if you gave information on the cabling connections available for both the speakers and the PC

It is probably a mere setup of your PC.
Use the "Sound and audio devices" in the "control panel" to set it up.
