Hareware reset for DSC PC1565

Hi,

I have a DSC PC1565 home alarm installed and wondering how to do a hardware
reset on this alarm. I have not been able to find the programmers guide for
this alarm.
I found a programmers guide for the PC1550 and it said to short the pins
where it says
eeprom reset and turn power on with it shorted for ten sec's. But I cannot
find anything
in the way of eeprom reset pins on the circuit board of the PC 1565. Can
anyone please
help me. Also if anyone has the programmers guide for this alarm can you
please forward
it to me.

DSC made a PC-1555 and a PC-1575... No PC-1565. Once you get the numbers
straight, email me and I'll send you the appropriate manual.

Looks like a North American PC1555 as far as I can tell from the specs.

Sure does. Must be a version sold in the UK, and maybe Australia. I've never
seen one here.

The PC1565 is the international version, look at his email addy
