hardened silver solder paste

I recently bought some silver solder paste and when it arrived today, its all hardened. It crumbles when you touch it and isnt gooey. Has this paste gone bad?

try heating it with the iron, it should melt and stick to the iron a little bit, the paste is to help the solder flow easily.
