we want to implement vehicle tracking system, by using the attached circuit. Can you please suggest is the circuit is correct with that specifications.

I got it from "electronicsforu" website. Is this good to work out or any changes needed in the circuit because we want to use 8051 micro controller instead of "At mega 16". If changes needed please suggest me. Thank you
