Getting 24V from a 5V sensor output

How can I get 24V signal from a sensor output having pulses of 5V?

If you are meaning a 24 volt Pulse from a 5 Volt Pulse, I think a simple Transistor/FET amplifier should do the job.
What are the Sensor Output Specs? Pulse Frequency, Rise and Fall time?

A logic level Mosfet, a small one is the 2n7000 up to 200ma.

Incidentally if the 5v sensor is open collector then you would need a ~10k pull up resistor to use with a FET.
