Fried Cpu AM2G motherboard

Could anyone help me identify a few of these components? There is one chip that is burned and crumbling. The cpu keeps switching off when I try to boot via cd. I tested the power supply already which led me to this.

in the first pic at least the 4 larger electrolytic caps down the right side are stuffed, the smaller ones further down in that row are probably not much better

those 2 components R60M are inductors, probably OK, the upper one appears to have crap on it's right side, may be electrolyte from one of those electro caps
see if you can gently clean it with some white spirit or circuit board cleaner etc

the second pic shows something stuck in the pin of that jumper .... slide it off gently and clean up the jumper pins
