Does anyone have any info on a Frank G Willey Circuit board from 1982? Thanks So much in advance!

I have a Frank G Willey board, from 1982 with a bad transistor. I don't know if its a regulating or a power transistor, Part # on the piece cas1908. The number under it is what I believe to be a date code 8302. Where can I find this piece? Thank you in advance!!!!!!!!!!
