Fluke PM3082 repair need help.

Hi,

I'am trying to repair Pluke PM3082 osciloscope,

But having some troubles, first off all it had power supply problem,

looks I got rid off it and now it turns on, but I cant get a traces, it looks like nothing is working

after removing processor unit, I got some cubic spot of trace.

Any ideas? maybe bad eprom software, maybe anyone have?

Still wrong working power supply?
