Float switch on and off

Hi guys and girls,

im after some help with a project i am embarking on,

What i would like to do is connect 2 240v plug sockets to a float switch and switch between the two depending on the level of water eg:

When the water level drops then the 1st socket will turn off and the second socket turn on until the level is returned at which point the first socket will turn back on and socket 2 off,

This is for an aquarium project,
any help would be great.

So you need,
1) a sensor
2) a uC for the reading
3) two relays

I think you are likely to wind up with a tank full of dead fishies. It is easy to find a switch with a float and a DPDT relay. But if you are not familiar with 240v around water I suggest you pick another project. Can you use 12 volts instead? This project is too dangerous
