Fisher & Paykel wall oven # OS302

I have an oven that decides to stop heating up. It also stops heating while in the middle of cooking. Does the door switch play a role in this process? Is it deeper than that? I am an electrician so I can troubleshoot some just not to crazy about working on appliances.

It could be the temperature sensor, not likely a door switch.
When the element goes it usually won't work at all.

No door switch on an oven.
Could also be crook connections on the element spade terminals.
