find faulty component in printed circuit board.

Looking for someone to help me find a faulty component in a printed circuit board used in a american dual gem disco light.

The circuit board has only a number of components in it so should be easy to debug the problem (for someone that knows what there doing

Start by showing us a picture of both sides of the PCB so we can look out for any visible defects.
You can also help by describing the faulty behavior in more detail.

ok thanks for your reply guys.

Attached is a circuit diagram for the light and also a picture of the printed circuit board front and back.

The voltage regulator was damaged so i replaced this but now there most be another damaged component.

At the moment when i turn on power all the led light in the disco light light up but dont flash. In a working light when i turn on the power the led lights turn on and off and also speeds up and slows down when there is music on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
