Fast Way for Warm up Heating element

Hello,
I looking for some ways to fast way to warp up a heating element.
type of my heating element is resistance and work by 220 volt power supply. ( 50/60 Hz ).
if i increase power-supply frequency, time of warming will be decrease? ( like 220 volt 400Hz )
i can not increase power supply voltage. what is your idea?

Frequency increase won't do it.
You could keep it semi warm with a triac and switch over to full on?

it is impossible for me. at start heating element is cold and take about 4 minutes to set to 250C temperature.
is there any ways for this?

What takes 4 minutes to get to 250 degrees C? Surely not the element. What wattage ? If it's the medium you are referring to then add another element ( 2 minutes then maybe)
