external brain scanning cap?

I have seen several youtube videos with (there is another word for it, but I do not remember. But it does not go into the skin or have any needles) external brain scanning caps (such as this video) . Is there any way to purchase such a device online? Or do I need to produce one myself? I want to play around and experiment with such a device, and have several ideas on what to use it for (Such as with my SNES console)

(Can't find 'edit') non-invasive is the word I was trying to think of. kind of like the MindFlex game from 2009, but maybe a few more than (I am guessing on this one) 2 electrodes. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/141309766949?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true I found this, but I don't know how I would use it with my arduino or raspberry pi - morely on how to amplify the signals read (I have not messed with electronics in forever, and want to try some stuff).
