for me I use a AMD K6 350 WIN98 with a SAC201 card with an ALL03
programmer
which is same than the EXPRO60 and I have never noticed any problem
I have also tested it with a Celeron 333 with Windows XP and patched
software and it works with no problem also.
perhaps there are different release of the SAC201 board ?
I do not know further.

Here is some info from Robert Madsen's site:

Q: When reading an AMD MPU like D8753H or 80C32 ITL we get a wrong
(different) checksum everytime the same MPU is loaded.
A (by Sunshine): The CPU speed too fast or the textool dusty could get
the different checksum.

The software do not work on my Pentium IIII 800MHz MMX-GST-TURBO
computer
There is NO solution! You cannot run the software on Pentium II or
Pentium above 233 MHz computers because the software is developed a
few years ago when we all had 486 computers. You will get a 'runtime
error - divide by 0' message. (caused by bad programming; using loops
instead of a timer or something like that).
Expro-60/80 only:
If you get the 'runtime error' when using software V8.40 then try to
use the V1.50 software instead as your only software (Normally I tell
people to use both V8.40 and V1.50 software).
