Expected wavelength output of ceramic coated heat lamp?

I can't find information on this type of heat lamp about their ir spectrum wavelength output.

I assume it is mid or far infrared, but does anyone have a rough idea of the wavelength spectrum range in nanometres?

Depends on the surface temperature and emissivity. If it doesn't become incandescent (like the coils on the countertop range) it probably behaves like a blackbody with most of the radiation in the 1 to 10 μm (1000 nm to 10,000 nm) range. Refer to a blackbody radiation curve:
