EPROMS and transistors

Can you use an eprom and transistors in a motorcycle tci, and how would I program my EPROM for such a tasking?

If I want to make a custom eprom, and program my own conditions? Where would I start?

Tci and eprom rarely go together given the former is old technology. Cdi is another kettle of fish however and only suggestion to your query would be to study the operation of the elements you ask about. When you no longer need to ask about those elements then you might be ready to move onto putting those and other additional skills together to get you started. In other words, quite involved.
