I want to design EMC?EMI pi filter for qualifying CS102 freq range 30Hz to 150KHz

Can any body help to design ?

We need a bit more information than that. What current and voltage rating do you need. Why do you need a filter, do you have any failure results from pre-compliance testing? Do you require common mode suppression or differential mode. What equipment is it going to be used in? Can you provide a circuit diagram of the equipment.
