I have a problem with an electronics amplifiers equation. The equation is IB(base current ) = IL(peak load current)/(1+β)

what does 1+β means?

beta is just a number assigned to a particular Ic it means nothing except for insurance that there is enough gain at that particular current Ic. beta on a transistor can vary from 10 to 200 it all depends on the load curve
