Electronics on race bike. (6 to 12 Volts conversion)

My grandson has a 6v motorcycle no lights, radio etc I want to make it a 12 v. Can I just add another 6v battery and it will work?

You’ll need to start a new thread rather than ask in a 9 year old post.

It is possible but you’ll also need to change the 6V motor along with any other 6V components.
This assumes it’s a 6V electric bike with a 6V motor and not an engine.

Any belts/pulleys/gears/shafts in the transmission may also need to be upgraded if you want to use a 12V motor which provides more torque.
