Hi,
I need to know couple of things on below given circuit link for electronic thermostat.
Electronic Thermostat and Relay Circuit:

1] The main comparator IC LM339, is it 1 or 2 ICs in the circuit?
2] The diode near relay, no number is given so 1N4148 will work or need 5.1V Zener as other diode in the circuit.
The above given circuit is showing no relay movement on breadboard, no matter where you move 5k pot or Im getting wrong and need to heat the thermistor or some thing else modification needed.
I need any good and easy circuit to control 50W heater for temperature range between 20 to 25 C. Any suggestions?
