DSC Power832 wireless PC5132 problem

I am working on installing a new DSC Power832 system and wireless
receiver (PC5132-433) and am having a problem.

Here is what I have done so far:
- I am trying to add 2 wireless transmitters (WLS925L-433).
- Put the ESN's in for both transmitters, assigned them to zones 9 &
10.
- Set Zone 9 & 10 type as 03.
- Changed the zone attribute "8" to ON for both zones to indicate they
are wireless zones.
- Executed command 902 to detect new wireless zones. Waited for 1
minute.
- Ran a test (command 904) and typed in zone 09. This test produces a
squawk when the contact is opened and again when closed. Same for zone
#10.

I know I am missing something, because when I turn on the alarm,
neither of the two wireless zones is part of the monitoring zones. It
is as if neither is really associated with the panel.

I would appreciate any help or ideas on what I am doing wrong.

Go to section 203 and turn on bits 1 and 2.

I was going to suggest that but aren't those already on by default?

One Z1 to Z8 are on by default with a 5010, with PC1555, all 32 zones are on
by default.
