hi, i have been setting up a pc5010. i have set pgm02 output to
'latched system strobe' with fire, medical, panic' attributes. my
question is: when the user duress code is entered on the keypad, the
pgm02 output doesn't go low? should it? if so, what did i miss.

The panel does not consider the duress code a panic in that sense, only a
zone set as a "Holdup" will work. It lists what triggers that in the manual
on page 32
